All of our egg pastas are dried with a slow, low-temperature process to preserve their flavor, texture and color.

Egg Pappardelle

Our traditional egg pappardelle looks and tastes just like the homemade pasta available in Italy. These flat, broad-shaped noodles with straight sides originate in Tuscany. Pair them with arrabbiata, Bolognese or a thick ragu with mushrooms. Creamy lemon sauce also pairs well with our egg pappardelle pasta. Our egg pappardelle recipe includes durum wheat that is only grown in Italy. We only use certified organic eggs in our egg pastas.

Egg Tagliatelle

The long, flat ribbon noodles of egg tagliatelle resemble fettuccini, but tagliatelle is thinner and wider. Egg tagliatelle features a golden yellow color reminiscent of the sunrise. This traditional shape of egg pasta hails from the Marche and Emilia-Romagna regions of North Italy. The porous texture of this egg pasta makes it ideal to pair with pork and beef sauces. Many people also enjoy it with a game sauce, such as rabbit or venison. A simple vegetarian sauce, such as pomodoro or tomato with fresh or sun-dried basil also goes well with our egg tagliatelle.
